What you'll be doing...

The Foundational Products team provides platform products that are leveraged across business groups to solve complex problems. Within that team, the Platform Product team provides a unified platform for business teams to use to build and deploy contextual and personalized experiences for customers in all channels.

As a Product Owner, you will be owning the product roadmap and delivery by working closely with the users and Agile teams while also performing data analysis and finding data-based solutions and opportunities. Leverage insights from analytics, and develop comprehensive solutions to complex business problems. In this capacity, you will partner with multiple cross-functional business teams to identify requirements / opportunities, create and drive Jira stories, own and drive product roadmap items to delivery.

  • Owning and driving product delivery roadmap by following the product strategic roadmap and vision

  • Leading the product roadmap with OKRs and benefits and product feature level tracking of benefits enabled

  • Work to bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics and solutions architecture knowledge

  • Work with IT teams and various ACT teams to groom user stories and implement use cases

  • Data Gathering, Analysis, Sizing and Valuation of data to fulfill various business requirements

  • Documentation of product details and testing results to ensure business continuity

Technical Skills:

  • Agile development and project management skills

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence

  • Work with legal, security and privacy teams to ensure compliance

  • Deliver data-driven AI based recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders*

  • Act as product SME in supporting the business requirements and product growth planning

What we're looking for...

You enjoy defining, building, testing and launching products and services. You work towards developing new methodologies and exploit ground breaking technologies to push our products and services portfolio even further. You're flexible and adaptable, and have sophisticated influence and negotiation skills.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree OR three or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in a telecommunications company, systems integration / solutions company, or IT team in a large corporation

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently determine key findings

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence business partners.

  • Experience in product strategy, product life cycle management, or corporate IT support.

  • Proven track record in profile and authentication technology design and solution innovation.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
