Global eCommerce SEA lead

The Global eCommerce SEA lead will be a team lead, managing the Search advertising for eCommerce globally for our top markets. This role operates as the key liaison between the centralized CoE and regional zones for Performance Marketing. It involves overseeing and coordinating the overall SEA activity on eRetailer platforms, ensuring alignment with global strategies and effective communication across regions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define global cross-platform strategy in accordance with the global eCommerce lead (marketing roadmap, global sales target)

• Maintain a strategic link between the central team, the CoE and regional zones, providing guidance and insights to foster a unified approach

• Design and implement the KPI framework to monitor SEA performance across regions (dashboarding, reporting)

• Provide COE and eCommerce leadership with updates on SEA teams performance and on scope expansion opportunities (business opportunities, market and category trends)

• Build & Maintain partnership with eRetailers and Tech vendors on features and product innovation

• Build, manage and upskill a international team based in country and remote

About you:

• Extensive experience in managing global eCommerce Search campaigns with a strong understanding of eRetailer platforms (Amz, Walmart) & global market trends

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

• Significant experience in the digital media spaice : in media agency or trading desk - including several years on Amazon search Ads & DSP or a similar role on the Large brand in Performance marketing for eCommerce

• Nice to have: consulting experience and / or digital advertising companies (Amazon / Google )
