The newly founded and multi-skilled Data & Analytics team aims to deliver data across CHC globally. Located in five countries, the team is composed of several entities: Data Governance, Advanced Analytics, Data Modelling & Architecture, and Program & Operations. The FINANCE & M&S Products Lead will work within the Data Programs and Operations organization, leading the strategic roadmap definition and execution of Data & Analytics initiatives for Finance and Manufacturing & Supply Chain (M&S) functions. The role reports to the Head of Data Programs and Operations and is supported by two FTEs in our offshore Center of Excellence, one for finance and one for M&S.

The main mandate of the FINANCE & M&S Products Lead is to deliver valuable, innovative, ready, and easy-to-deploy solutions and services to enable and promote Digital ambitions in the Finance and Manufacturing & Supply Chain domains. Key Accountabilities (including but not limited to):

  • Define and own the end-to-end analytics roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders and the architecture team for Finance and M&S analytics products. This includes descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions.

  • Support the overall business transformation journey through the promotion of a data-driven culture in the organization, both in digital and business teams.

  • Ensure clear value definition for each initiative and be accountable for value measurement throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Act as the overall coordinator between business, digital functional teams, and the Data & Analytics organization to deliver data products.

  • Deliver and maintain the Finance and M&S Data Foundation product as one of CHC Digital's strategic pillars: Ensure data availability across Finance and M&S by creating and maintaining a business data catalogue fed by any source system aligned with global data governance rules; Deliver data visualization tools for performance analysis across the functional domains; Set up self-service analytics capabilities, including governance around them.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the product(s) from a "What" and "Why" perspective (accountable for vision, requirements, and value delivery) for their specified product or component (if multiple delivery teams are involved in solution delivery). He/She will also be accountable for harmonization and standards in the Data domain.

  • Work with other Data & Analytics towers to properly shape and resource the projects for successful delivery.

  • Accountable for Digital Product Delivery, ensuring follow-up on execution and reporting of KPIs/Metrics.

  • Engage with Digital and Business stakeholders and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.

  • Ensure that Digital Product(s) meet all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.), and cybersecurity requirements and be accountable for product(s) compliant documentation at both functional/technical levels.

  • Contribute actively to operational excellence: facilitating risk management and supervising/conducting/contributing to problem root cause analysis, as an extension of support by providing or coordinating L3 support on the products.

  • Oversee the total cost of ownership for their product portfolio and propose optimizations.

About You

Experience:

  • 15+ years of work experience, including 8+ years as a technology lead in the Data & Analytics domain. Broad background in different sectors with a preference for previous FMCH experience.

  • Experience shaping and executing projects in the Data & Analytics domain areas: Finance, Manufacturing, Quality,External Manufacturing,Supply Chain,Health, Security, and Environment (HSE). Proven experience from having led/steered large, complex data transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarization with SAP ecosystem (modules, key tables, how to extract data from SAP, etc.).

  • Experience managing transversal teams and working with off shore teams.

  • Proven hands-on experience with modern technologies, development methods (Lean & Agile practices), and tools (Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, ML/AI programming languages).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem-solving skills in a global environment and Leadership Competencies such as Strategic Thinking, Judgment and Drive.

Languages:

Advanced English required; French/Spanish is a plus.
