JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet customer and company expectations. Oversee all aspects of project management, including scope, cost, and schedule while ensuring compliance with governmental or commercial contract requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, resolving issues and mitigating risks effectively. Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and report progress to stakeholders and executive leadership. Facilitate regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables. Implement project management best practices in alignment with organizational and industry standards, driving continuous process improvements. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine project goals, develop strategies, and ensure projects are aligned with organizational objectives. Ensure that safety and environmental protocols are followed according to federal, state, and local regulations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and project coordinators, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Utilize advanced project management tools and software for tracking, reporting, and communication to ensure transparency and efficiency. Education, Experience and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (required); Master's degree in Project Management or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 25 years of experience in project management within key commercial, industrial, or government contracting environment (required). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred). Must receive a satisfactory pre-hire drug screen and background check. Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
