WTW Sales Operations Leader, Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand

The Role

As Sales Operations Leader, you will work with business leaders, sales leads, lead relationship managers and specialized subject matter experts across all segments/line of business as well as business functions such as Marketing.

In enabling our One WTW Client model, a Sales Operations Leader acts as key catalysts for sales enablement and focuses on the following pillars:

  • Leadership strategy and go-to-market strategic support

  • Account planning, clients-at-risk, client segmentation and opportunity identification

  • Contact targeting and leads management

  • Sales goal setting, sales training and development, and sales knowledge management

  • Pipeline management, sales forecasting

  • Other priorities as might be stipulated by Country Leadership

The primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Leader is to enable and optimize the sales process, pipeline/scorecard and dashboard management in the assigned CRM system, follow up and track the implementation of the countrymarket/sales plan, sales analysis, work with our Market & Client Insights team to provide business intelligence support, enable sales training & customer experience program, support the Lead Relationship Managers (LRMs) on their sales activities, organize account planning sessions and track account plans, drive opportunity escalation, cross-LoB and industry-based initiatives amongst others. Collaborative engagement with various teams in the LoBs and marketing would be critical for success.

In summary, we count on the Sales Operations Leader:

i. To enable the management of our key and cross-LoB priority accounts

ii. As our go-to expert in leveraging data and insights to drive sales-oriented decisions

iii. As our key lever in the execution of our One WTW Client Model

iv. To facilitate the use of the various Dashboards as an important tool in pipeline management

v. To drive sales enablement in the form of recognition programs, client outreach initiatives, sales training,

sharing of success stories across the region, driving the leads follow-up process and harnessing Marketing campaign analytics for our businesses.

As part of the Asia Pacific team, sales operations leaders would also have opportunities to champion regional initiatives and priorities.

The Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious individual who enjoys strategizing, planning and executing initiatives, is comfortable with complex projects, is motivated by a fast-paced environment, having the opportunity to develop senior relationships and accelerate the sales of WTW.

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Project management – enjoys project-focused work, company analysis, building rounded skillset including presentation skills, data analysis, writing ppt packs/structuring a coherent story, research, fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities, a great opportunity to learn quickly

  • Time management – the ability to priorities work and manage time effectively

  • Attention to detail – the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task

  • Problem-Solving – identifying, structuring and finding possible solutions to problems as they arise

  • Adaptability – quickly adapt to different challenges

  • Proactivity – identifying opportunities and acting on them; showing initiative, taking action, and persevering until they bring about meaningful change.

  • Experience in using CRM systems and dashboards would be a plus

  • Interpersonal skills – connecting with colleagues from all lines of business and different functions

  • Communication – good communicator who is well-versed in stakeholder management
