You will lead AMEA Order to Bill function and will be a key member in AMEA CS&L team, leading process, and capability excellence for Order to Bill; which includes Order Capture, Order Fulfilment, and Invoicing Processes & Systems.

How you will contribute

  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) who will work closely with the markets OTB teams on process enhancements, drive internal external Best in Class practices adoption and scale-up

  • Lead the team developing future-ready roadmap in line with organizational long-term vision and customer centricity agenda

  • Be the Point of contact to the OTB teams, understanding their process pain points, propose solutions to simplify, automate and standardize the process.

  • Drive AMEA OTB functional agenda in collaboration with the global and enterprise towers and support execution to BU OTC/OTB team.

  • Work with cross functional teams continuously driving better efficiency and process enhancements.

  • Measure performance across Order to Bill and collaborate with the countries to identify & implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase performance and reduce the number of touches to orders & invoices.

  • Functional leadership in M&A projects, ensuring the correct process, systems & capability within Order to Cash to serve our customers.

  • Lead Sustainability Plan for Order to bill processes, including ongoing training, assessment, internal audit and reviews.

  • Bring strong Knowledge of foundational supply chain related processes across the end to end supply chain, ready to step in with coaching, counsel and training to reinforce good business practices and processes.

  • Be part of S4 Hana program and provide AMEA requirements and discussions as voice of AMEA markets.

  • Be a strong team player able to connect dots and bridge end to end process collaboratively driving customer service excellence

  • Joint accountability of Order to Cash function success measures including but not limited to % of No Touch, CFR, and DSO etc.

Career Experience Required:

• Minimum bachelor degree

• Minimum 8-10 years Strong Knowledge of foundational supply chain related processes across the end-to-end supply chain

• Experience working with remote and multi-country teams.

• working Experience in Project Management

• Working knowledge and experience in end-to-end Order to Cash business processes,

• Knowledge of SAP OTC and interfaces to Trade Management, Sales Management and APO or similar tools

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and solutions in response to downstream data extremely helpful.

• Knowledge of Process and Tool Application in both Developed and Developing Markets, in Mature and Non-Process-Mature Environments.

• Fluent in English

• Min 8-10 years experience in General/Basic Background in Functional Area

• Min 8-10 years experience in Process Planning and Execution Experience (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales)

• Min 5-8 year's experience in Order to Bill Space

• Experience in Change and Execution Management
