The Senior Specialist, Global Web Content Management leads a small team of Content Managers and works with global marketers and partners to create and amend web pages using Sitecore Content Management System and associated platforms such as Hybris PIM, Content Hub DAM, Vidyard video marketing platform.

This position is part of the Digital Production Team located in Bangalore, India and will be a hybrid role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with global marketers and Marcom partners to create and amend web and online shop pages using Sitecore Content Management System and associated platforms such as Hybris PIM, Content Hub DAM, and Vidyard video marketing.

• Resize and optimize images where necessary using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop

• Create and maintain effective communication channels with marketing and marcom teams.

• Assist the Senior Manager with training and capability awareness. Lead a small team of web content specialists.

• Ensure company brand policy guidelines and best practices are used when maintaining or building pages.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Knowledge of the Biotechnology sector is an advantage but not essential. University degree preferred.

• Experience leading a small team

• Hands-on experience with Sitecore or another CMS platform is essential. Good HTML and CSS skills are required.

• Confident personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently. Excellent standard of spoken and written English

• Willing to adjust some working hours to align with European partners

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Hybris Product Information Management platform

• Sitecore Content Hub DAM

• Kapost content operations software
