Description
Amazon Prime is seeking a Senior Product Manager, who is customer focused and passionate about global subscription experiences and solutions. Prime's Vision is to be earth’s largest and most loved membership, by adding extraordinary value and convenience to customers lives.
Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager-Tech for Prime Retention and Payments, you will design the roadmap for retaining members into Prime and solve for seamless payments CX for Prime. You will also partner with India and world wide teams to build new strategies and architectures for Prime.
The role requires high judgment and understanding to drive right outcomes for the members and business. A core skill for this role is to be able to simplify the complex customer subscription journey, identify changes needed within Prime and across Amazon to help retain members.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Drive the product strategy and actions regarding Prime Retention
Drive the product strategy and actions for simplifying payments experience for Prime include launch of UCB (user choice billing from Google)
Work with global Prime and other relevant Amazon businesses to deliver roadmaps that results in a world-class customer journey.
Contribute towards MBRs, QBRs, Roadmap reviews
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
