Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 16 to 20 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee experience strategy and execution, project stakeholder management, scope management, quality management, risk management, project planning and project estimation. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills in reading writing and speaking. The shift is day and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

 Lead and oversee the successful execution of Employee experience projects from inception to completion.

 Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

 Manage project stakeholders effectively to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.

 Oversee project scope management to ensure that project deliverables meet the defined requirements.

 Implement and maintain project quality management processes to ensure high standards are met.

 Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

 Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project timelines milestones and deliverables.

 Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve project success.

Qualifications

 Must have extensive experience in managing HR programs and projects related to Employee experience across the Associate lifecycle.

 Must have strong understanding of HR processes.

 Must have expertise in project scope management and project management.

Certifications Required

PMP certification is highly desirable.
