Location: Manyata Tech Park

Shift: 6 AM - 3 PM IST

Region - APAC and ANZ

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a hands on project lead of internal I/T infrastructure and operations

  • Understanding of IT service provider’s general requirements

  • Experience in design/deployment business process responsibilities involving complex requirements assessment, process/procedure design and implementation within the technology services industry

  • BCA/MCA/BE/Full time graduation with IT background

  • Confident individual with good communication and presentation skills

    Key Responsibilities:

  • The Engagement Lead is the single point of contact for the New Zealand and Australian geographic regional offices for Black Box.

  • This role will manage, direct and track all projects, requests and tickets raised by these geographic regions for technology projects and support needed internally.

  • Maintains, sizes correctly and renews maintenance and support contracts under the supervision of Sr. Manager - IT. Should be able to search and engage potential vendors; subsequently negotiating the best price attainable and managing such contracts at the global level

  • Manage allocated projects by project managing, coordinating, and collaborating with stakeholders, local BLR management and the Sr. Manager of I/T on a daily basis.

  • Provide administrative management support for team members that report into international functional managers.

  • Maintain and enhance a strong client service-oriented environment focused on problem prediction, detection and resolution. Actively and consistently recommend and support all efforts to improve, simplify, automate and enhance day to day service delivery operations and the client experience

    Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent problem solving and systems analysis skills with demonstrated success in root cause analysis, effectiveness measurements and related documentation.

  • Develops project plans, communicates changes and may provide trainings to various I/T and business teams.

  • Demonstrated experience of continuously expanding and leveraging knowledge of technology, market and industry trends with success in identifying, recommending and implementing best practices and methodologies

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,), Project, Outlook, SharePoint, service delivery management tools such as Service Now and related cloud based technology systems

  • Basic understanding
