Job Description :

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Demonstrated ability in business intelligence/Data Analytics.

• Finance graduate or MBA from reputed institutes.

• Strong business partnering skills with desire to make a difference beyond the own team and function.

• Strong commercial drive and commercial curiosity

• Strong at problem-solving, planning and organizing, highly detail conscious

• Experience improving procedures and challenging the existing processes

• Quick learner who exhibits resiliency and tenacity in the face of challenges

• Can build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team and with a variety of partners across Sales, Marketing, Finance & IT teams, both on and offshore

• Demonstrates excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Understanding of drivers of performance within FMCG or Retail – Volume, Price, Mix and Distribution and Rate of Sale (preferred)

• Participated in a technology project implementation (preferred)

Barriers to Success in Role (Optional):

• Lack of insight and commercial instinct

• Poor engagement / communication skills in dealing with partners

• Low resilience and inability to operate in a fast paced environment

• Inability to work across cultures / geographies

Flexible Working Options:

• Based in DBSI office, Bangalore

• Flexible based on market requirements

• Working hours: APAC shift timings, early morning shifts
