Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands on experience on Development of PLC Program, HMI/SCADA Graphic User Interface Screens and reports generation
Good understanding of P&ID, electrical design, layout, schematics and use of various industrial network protocols such as Devicenet, Profibus, Profinet, ASi, Ethernet.
Should be able to interpret various Controls (closed loop, Open loop) related documents and convert them as logical programs using LAD/FBD/STL languages
Good knowledge on Instrumentation (Digital/Analog Instruments) and related control techniques
Good knowledge on Network protocols (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus, Profibus
Good exposure on Server-client configuration of SCADA systems
Hands on experience with AC/DC drives
Good experience with Hardware Configuration, Integration and testing of SCADA System.
Experience in Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT, Commissioning process.
Completion of Certification course on Controls and Automation will be an added advantage.
Should be able to provide support to manufacturing etc.
Capability to develop and/or follow a project plan knowing the importance of setting and meeting project milestone.
Knowledge and exposure on IEC-61131-3 codes and standards
Tools expertise
PLC/HMI/SCADA programming expertise on following tools is required
Schneider – ProWORX, UnityPRO, Control Expert, SCADA OASyS, CitectSCADA
Rockwell Automation – RSLogix5000, Studio5000, FTView ME/SE, FT Historian
SCADA - OASyS product of Schneider Electric thru AVEVA Company
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in Oil & Gas, Water process
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation (or related field)
At least 4-6 years' experience in Industrial Automation & controls engineering
