Roles & Responsibilities: Must Have Skill
Generate CNC programs for Multi axis & mill turn machines using Esprit tool
Should have experience on Milling and turning programming .
Experience in prove out activity on the shop floor
Production troubleshooting must be a strength.
Understands cutting tool selection and how to establish feeds and speeds
Has a basic knowledge of CNC coding (G and M code) and CAD / CAM methods and techniques
Optimization of existing programs for cycle time reduction
Quality check of programs generated by other team members Guide and train other team members on programming standard
Knowledge on Vericut will be added advantage.
