ManpowerGroup Quality Auditor in Baltimore, Maryland

Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Quality Auditor (Forklift) - Weekdays to join their team. As a Quality Auditor, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting the outbound operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Auditor (Forklift)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Conduct quality audits on outbound forklift operations to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Document and report findings accurately to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes.

  • Assist in training staff on quality control measures and best practices.

  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss quality metrics and action plans.

What's Needed?

  • No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.

  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members.

  • Basic understanding of quality control principles.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
