Actalent is seeking a Cad detailer trainee

Description:

Detail simple projects with Supervision and provide concise, accurate and complete descriptions of all reinforcing steel, bar supports mesh wire and related products for fabrication, delivery, installation and invoicing in the most efficient manner possible. Cultivate a customer service relationship while maximizing profits.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two year technical degree from university or college accredited or HS CAD certificate.

-At least six months experience with AutoCad and Windows based Software.

• Ability to read architectural and engineering blueprints.

• Ability to be customer facing

• Organized and detailed oriented.

• Construction and concrete related construction knowledge and experience particularly helpful.

• Basic knowledge of construction or civil technology

• Project management experience is a plus

• Experience in fabrication of reinforcing steel

• Experience in installation /placing reinforcing steel

Experience Level:

Entry Level

pay is up to 21-22 a hour

in house every day
