Looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the VP of a company who manages all aspects of properties including security, housing, parking, transportation and landscaping. This person will be responsible for managing all incoming calls and correspondence. Must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and be able to multi-task and take initiative. Will also be responsible for maintaining files and setting up meetings with vendors. Requires proficiency in MS Office Suite. Must be reliable and have a no job is too small kind of attitude. Shuttle and Parking on site
