ReSound Training and Adaptation Manager – Digital Transformation Program in Ballerup, Denmark

The team you will be part of
As our new Training and Adaptation Manager, you will work in the very heart of our global digital transformation program team reporting to the Head of PMO.
You will have an important role in securing that new processes and supporting IT applications are adopted by the receiving organization, ensuring business continuity and a great onboarding experience to our new digital ecosystem.
You will be a key part of the PMO and closely with the Head of PMO, the PMO team, internal stakeholders and senior management across GN.
You will be instrumental in ensuring that end users will be able to operate according to new processes and new supporting systems infrastructures while ensuring we have a training setup which caters for go-live and establishes the foundation for our future steady state training delivery of new joiners to GN.
Your contribution is appreciated and as our new Training and Adaptation Manager you will enable us to effectively go-live with new processes and supporting IT applications:
Design a balanced training strategy incorporating in-person and self-paced learning
Develop short-term go-live training plans and long-term on-demand training for new joiners
Coordinate the creation of high-quality training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules
Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate training content
Establish and maintain training infrastructure for online, self-paced training
Ensure training resources are accessible, up-to-date, and user-friendly
Ensure trainings cover new technologies and processes being introduced as part of DTP
Track training progress, completion rates, and gather participant feedback
Implement improvements based on feedback and training effectiveness assessments
Provide ongoing support to ensure continuous learning
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have
A degree in adult education or related field. Postgraduate qualifications in modern training and education or a related field is an added advantage
Certifications in training design, delivery, or instructional design are advantageous
Experience in leading training initiatives for large-scale digital transformation projects
Training design and delivery via digital training platforms, such as Workday
Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
Good planning and scheduling capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
The work location is primarily conducted from our Ballerup HQ in Denmark but expect some travel throughout the year depending on assignment needs.
