Job Title: Production Welder

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Welder, where you will spend the majority of your day welding plates to beams and columns on steel that will be used in large structures across the country. You will specifically work on welding Flux-core and MIG Weld on Rails and Stairs. This role plays a critical part in the creation of large scale skyscrapers, stadiums, bridges, and more. This is a full-time position with a first shift schedule from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and Friday from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a mandatory 49 hours per week.

The work environment resembles a large steel mill, focusing on LARGE structural beams where precision in welds is crucial as the product is STRUCTURAL STEEL. The facility is equipped for structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication on a grand scale, handling projects of immense budgets and intricacies.
