Northrop Grumman Australia is one of the top three Defence aviation sustainment businesses in Australia and has been a trusted and committed sustainment and modernisation partner to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) for over two decades.

We are seeking to engage a strong leader to provide strategic direction and ensure tactical execution of our RAM and Obsolescence plan to improve platform performance and enterprise objectives, along with ensuring compliance in line with DASR Part 21, Design, Production and Certification and DASR Part M Continuing Airworthiness Management Services requirements.

About you:

Key to success will be your significant experience across the Engineering and Aviation spectrum including, Reliability Availability, Maintainability and Continued Airworthiness.

A highly refined relationship management and negotiation skillset will be essential to optimise value and achieve best outcomes for our customers and Northrop Grumman.

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Aviation will be required ideally backed by memberships to professional Engineer or Queensland (RPEQ).

Lastly, the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance is a must.
