Job Title: Airport Traffic Agent
Job Description
Agents will direct traffic through the vehicle scanning lane, approach customers with a positive attitude, assist them with reviewing the condition report on an iPad, and ensure their return is acknowledged.
1st shift 7AM-4PM $16/hr
2nd shift 2PM-11PM $17/hr
Responsibilities
Direct traffic through the scanning lane to keep the process moving smoothly.
Ensure each vehicle is properly scanned using an iPad.
Greet and confidently approach customers as they return their vehicles.
Help customers review and acknowledge the digital condition report on an iPad.
Address customer concerns or questions, and work closely with agents to resolve any issues.
Show customers any identified vehicle damage upon request.
Report any system issues or incidents to the designated Team lead or supervisor.
Compare the condition report to the actual vehicle condition and document any discrepancies.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Friendly, energetic demeanor with strong communication skills and a willingness to approach customers confidently.
Ability to stand for long periods, direct traffic, and perform vehicle inspections, including bending and lifting.
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Work Environment
This role is based at AUS Airport and involves standing and working outdoors in a covered area for extended periods. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
