Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the A&D portfolio, align SAP solutions with business objectives, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators.

• Oversee the management of multiple SAP A&D projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Aerospace & Defense sector, understanding their business needs and providing tailored SAP solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP A&D solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.

• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the A&D portfolio, implementing proactive measures to ensure project success.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the portfolio, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in A&D modules or related areas.

• In-depth knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

• PMP certification or equivalent, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
