Description
ArborMetrics is a leading Utility Consulting and Field Services company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development team by managing CRM data, writing and coordinating technical RFP responses, and owning various sales support functions. This position requires a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Pricing Responses: Prepare and write detailed technical pricing responses for proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Coordinate RFP response amongst various company stakeholders.
CRM Data Management: Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintain an organized and accessible filing system. Generate reports and analyze data to support sales strategies.
Sales Support Functions: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling administrative tasks.
Client Interaction: Assist in responding to client inquiries and providing information about products and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and support for sales initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business development and RFP response processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, staff, executives, and field employees.
Proactive mentality with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create detailed pricing responses.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the A/E/C or Utility industry preferred.
Prior paralegal experience include drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, conducting research and an understanding of business law.
Successful experience in sales, marketing, paralegal work, business development, or customer relations a plus.
