The selected individual will be primarily supporting our Bankruptcy Group, enhancing attorney effectiveness by providing relevant information and support. This role involves a range of tasks including drafting legal documents, coordinating schedules, and resolving conflicts.
Responsibilities: Efficiently process and transmit text, data, and graphics. Maintain and monitor attorney calendars, scheduling conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Draft letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information. Manage client conferences and attorney meetings, coordinating preparation of charts, graphs, and expense reports. Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, counsel, third parties, private investigators, medical providers, experts, etc. Maintain client and attorney confidentiality, keeping all information secure. Utilize electronic filing and retrieval systems, supervising assigned file clerks. Assist in submitting billable time and reimbursable expenses, preparing invoices and communicating with clients concerning invoices. Contribute to the department's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and special projects. Demonstrate exceptional customer service and people skills, working well within a team concept. Show consistent follow-through and the ability to multi-task, effectively balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines. :::
