Job/Position DescriptionManagement Analyst III - IT Reporting and Documentation SpecialistThis position is eligible for full-time telework from within the state of TexasThe IT Reporting and Documentation Specialist performs highly advanced, senior-level work for the IT division. The specialistand#146;s work involves helping the division establish, document, track, and improve service delivery and business outcomes and define and measure success. The specialistand#146;s work includes researching, designing, developing, and maintaining a wide range of business, operational, and strategic documentation, such as strategic and operational plans and reports, data analytics reports, performance measures, processes, and more.
