Assists with donor gift processing, acknowledgements, and special outreach (holiday, birthday, etc.).Composes routine correspondence, assists with physical and virtual mass mailings to donors, answers calls, emails, and responds to general questions. Prepares reports for various programs.Provides donor database coordination support in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system used by UT Austin. Reviews print-outs, interprets and enters gift data, verifies input for accuracy, and retrieves information upon request.Assists with Annual Giving Projects, including 40 Hours for the Forty Acres, HornRaisers, and other crowdfunding campaigns.Provides donor-related meeting and event coordination support, including prep, day-of set up and follow-up.Provides support to the team in additional areas on an as needed basis.Occasionally coordinates travel and donor prospect visits.Other related functions as assigned.
