Serve as key leader and liaison for the Sr Director of Finance and the CFO in working with the Office of Research to create and execute a financially viable plan for growth in the research pillar.Assist department leaders in creating and monitoring the research annual budgets in accordance with organization standards.Develop analytics and standardized monthly financial review processes between departments and finance to assess performance to budget in volumes, revenues and all expense categories.Other related duties as assigned.
