ASSISTANT INSIGHTS MANAGER / ASSOCIATE INSIGHTS MANAGER - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position will support the Foodservice segment with a focus on operators, consumers, and product offerings. Learning and understanding the Foodservice model are critical for success in the role.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to help identify relevant business issues, research objectives and hypotheses to address brand questions and needs. 

• Utilizes syndicated data and secondary trends data to create a synergized story to help Foodservice Marketing, Sales, and Innovation teams.

• Creates and presents custom data and insights content to the foodservice group and foodservice operators.

• Requires 10-20% travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1+ years' experience in analytics, market research or related field

• Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data and make recommendations

• Leadership and collaboration skills to work across categories and cross functional teams

• Proven problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to synergize information from multiple sources to tell a story

• Organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy

• Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects

• Ability to take opportunities from conception to execution

• Advanced computer/technical skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident or have the authorization to work in the United States

LOCATION: Austin, MN (Global Headquarters)

A comprehensive relocation package to the Austin, MN area will be offered, if required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be necessary 10 - 20% of the time.
