Mechanical Assembler
1st Shift | Aurora, IL | $25/hr
Overview
We are seeking a multiple experienced Mechanical Assemblers for our 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for building large and heavy water pumps, primarily using an overhead crane to move products. Power tool experience is essential for this role. While blueprints are available, most of the assembly work is repetitive, and you will learn the process over time. Occasionally, you may be required to perform welding tasks, which can be learned on the job. Responsibilities
Build and assemble large water pumps weighing over 100 lbs.
Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Follow blueprints as a guide for assembly processes.
Utilize overhead cranes to move heavy products to the assembly cell.
Learn and perform occasional welding tasks as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
2+ years mechanical assembly or construction experience.
Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
Experience building pumps or water transportation systems preferred.
Welding experience, particularly MIG welding is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on new tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
