SDLC Tools Administrator

REQUIRED

  • United States (US) Citizenship

  • possess or be able to obtain a NACLC T3IT-II or Public Trust IT-II clearance

  • possess or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification within 6 months of hire

  • bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a technical or business program OR 15 years of experience

  • college graduate verbal and written communication skills

    PREFERRED

  • local to Aurora, Colorado, for hybrid work environment

  • minimum 5 years of experience administering ticket tracking (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Solutions Business Manager (SBM), software testing (e.g. Quality Center/ALM), or source code management (e.g. GitLab) on Microsoft Windows servers, including capabilities such as automated notifications and email integration

  • experience with COTS application lifecycle including requirements documentation, design, installation, configuration, testing, maintaining, and decommissioning or replacing

  • experience with securing and hardening application configurations, with cybersecurity principles, or with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

  • experience working across technical teams such as AWS support or Oracle database administrators

  • experience designing and automating change and incident management workflows

  • experience creating and maintaining reports

  • experience working with commercial software vendors for troubleshooting, support, and lifecycle maintenance

  • familiarity with reporting and escalating issues through leadership including government staff, collaborating with technical colleagues, communicating technical information to non-technical end users

  • exposure to changing from legacy development methods to agile or DevOps: training, mentoring, coaching colleagues on appropriate use of tools and processes

    The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 105,000 - 125,000. The final salary will be determined based on various factors.
