ADP Leave of Absence Specialist in Augusta, Georgia

Position Summary:

This position is the subject matter expert for various leaves of absences as prescribed in ADP policies as well as Federal, State, and local laws.

Serves as point of contact for leave and pay questions or concerns raised by associates, managers, HR Business Partners, or Associate Relations. Acts as liaison between Client ADP, ADP Leaves, and the ADP Short-term disability vendor. Responsible for administering, coordinating, tracking, and resolving all escalated leave of absence cases in SalesForce.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for investigating and resolving questions or concerns involving complex leaves of absence, both paid and unpaid.

  • Manages the Leave of Absence Case Queue in SalesForce. Ensures cases follow case handling standards and meet Service Level Agreements for speed of closure.

  • Partners with leaves vendors to ensure leave administration processes and performance meet service standards and contract requirements.

  • Maintains awareness of evolving local, state, and federal regulations and provides suggestions for changes to ADP leave-related policies and processes.

  • Works closely with leave of Absence Payroll Professional to address any open payroll questions or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Leave of Absence Program Administration is required.

  • Ability to handle high volume of caseload in a very fast paced environment.

  • Superior communication (both verbal and written) and follow-up skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Familiarity with ADP Leaves Policy/Procedure

  • Awareness of Payroll Processes

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills

  • Strong sense of empathy and compassion for associates during “moments that matter.”

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Agile learner
