Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Production System Training Analyst (Level 4) to join the Fabrication Production System Training team based out of Auburn, Washington .

The Production System Training (PST) organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Analyst to join their group in Auburn, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in data analysis and/or training coordination. This position is responsible for providing training support to leaders and employees on the production floor. The successful candidate will be trusted to work independently and utilize superior customer service and communication skill sets in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze training data to develop training plans to support the Boeing Production System.

  • Work with different stakeholders and partners to coordinate training needs.

  • Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, training history, and completion reports.

  • Perform ad hoc training queries.

  • Work effectively and cooperatively with peers from other teams and organizations to implement training plans in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

  • Maintain and monitor data integrity, perform risk assessments, identify, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide feedback.

  • Participate in process improvement activities.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Auburn, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience as a Staff/ training analyst or scheduling admin

  • 1+ years of experience creating, analyzing, and reporting status through the use of various tools (i.e., BERT – Cognos, My Learning, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $100,000.00 - $108,000.00
