Plant Utilities Assistant
Job Duties: Performs semi-skilled tasks in operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical/electrical equipment heat, hot water, ventilation, AC, and electrical distribution under direction of PUE's. Will perform more routine/repetitive tasks in areas listed above. Performs preventative maintenance on heating, ventilating, and AC systems as needed. Performs minor repairs and some semi-skilled plumbing, electrical and refrigeration work.
Qualifications: Must have 1 year of experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers, HVAC, and/or auxiliary plant utilities equipment in commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities.
