We are seeking highly motivated, dependable self-starters who are interested in working for a safe, well-established global company. The position will provide support for Dow's manufacturing operations through the packaging and distribution of Dow products.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Safe operation of a forklift or other heavy equipment is required

• High level of attention to detail

• Transferring material to and from operations to support production needs

• Manually breaking-down pallets of material and products

• Arrangingand consolidating of finished goods and raw materials.

•Operating an ADC gun and performing SAP transactions

The Dow Chemical Company does not offer relocation if the position is offered to someone who lives outside the area or reimbursement for travel to and from test sessions or interviews. If you consider a position that is not within the area you reside you will be responsible for all cost that incur.

Job Details

• Minimum starting pay is $16.00 and includes career progression based on performance

• Potential for overtime opportunities

• Eligible for an additional $0.50 per hour if assigned to a role that covers 24/7 rotating shifts.

• Benefits (medical, dental, 401K, vacation / et al.) are available upon hire.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 year manufacturing experience

• Able to work all applicable shifts on a rotating basis (including weekends & holidays) and work overtime when needed.

• Able to demonstrate basic computer skills.

• Successfully complete a background check.

• Pass a drug screen if job offer is received and accepted.

• Pass a functional physical testing and be able to use standard safety equipment which is rated for 300 pounds or less. (Physical capabilities test will be conducted by an outside vendor.)

• Lift 50 pound bags of material.

• A minimum requirement of this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years Manufacturing or relevant experience

• 4 years of relevant Military experience

Educational Requirement:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
