Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift - 19/HR
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates for our West Campus location. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, prioritizing them, and ensuring timely delivery. You will work as part of a team to manage inventory, pack, and ship parts. This position requires familiarity with each product, tool, and item on the shelves, as well as the ability to scan parts, count inventory, and ensure accurate shipments.
Responsibilities
Take orders and prioritize them for timely delivery.
Work as a team to get parts out and put them on the shelves.
Learn and know each product, tool, and item on the shelves.
Scan parts, count inventory, and ship parts to the correct location.
Ensure parts are packed correctly and sent to the right address.
Physically verify all parts are accounted for during audits and cycle counts.
Inspect parts for damage or rust.
Package parts according to packaging standards.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare outbound shipments by verifying and staging units on the dock.
Unbag, unband, and inspect units for damage.
Take necessary photos for outbound shipments and upload them to the digital form.
Request unstaged units to be pulled and staged for inspection.
Essential Skills
ERP knowledge
Daily usage of RF scanners
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Previous inventory control experience
Attention to detail for inspecting and packaging parts
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Warehouse logistics experience
Material handling
Reach truck and forklift operation
Basic math skills
Willingness to adapt and perform various tasks
Good reason for leaving previous jobs
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
