Team (Project) Introduction

Identity Access Management (IAM) is divided into two business lines: Identify Services and Access Services. The primary services supported are the Master Person Index, Provisioning, Authorization Management Service, Single Sign-On Internal/ External, Veteran Health Identification Card, and Compliance Auditing Reporting.

9th Way Insignia has an opening for a Systems Engineer to work in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) on the Identity and Access Management (IAM). This high-profile position serves as Insignias primary point of contact and leads the day-to-day contract operations, ensuring that the IAM technical scope is delivered within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Functional Job (LCAT) Information

A Systems Engineer provides technical support in system architecture, system design, system integration and technical management. Assists in providing technical input to the systems engineering process. Provides requirements analysis. May prepare and present systems assurance reviews. Identifies requirements and deficiencies in hardware and software products. Advises customer in product selection and use, capacity planning operations and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $61,677.00 to $ $84,688.15.
