Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects.

• Assess market needs and inspire cross-functional product teams to find the fastest way to achieve value around those needs.

• Seek to empathize with and understand the end user deeply and use that knowledge to determine the fastest path to deliver value.

• Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategy; communicate direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partners.

• Identify goals, metrics and analytics to determine product value;

• continually make recommendations and refinements to the product backlog based on learnings.

• Manage and groom the product backlog; * make future decisions based on the value that will be delivered.

• Partner with Finance to understand financial needs and assist in the creation of business plans for new opportunities.

• Monitor research as well as the competitive landscape to recommend the best solutions and ensure that products remain or become best in class.

• Ensure that product directions balance both the user needs and business goals of driving sales, improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Telecommuting available.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Management, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Security, Information Networking, Operations Research, Operations Research Analysis, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.

Experience in the following skills is required:

• Customer research and competitive market analysis;

• Data analysis and data visualization using advanced Excel, Tableau;

• Data Analysis using Python, SQL;

• AI or Machine Learning;

• Cloud Technologies.
