The Sr. Director, International Finance will lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) function to support global regions. The Director will partner closely with regional Sr. Financial Officers and General Managers to deliver proactive and insightful financial analysis enabling the region to reach its strategic and financial objectives and is responsible for long-term planning and execution. As an advisor and partner, the Director will be responsible for setting strategic direction, and ensuring the execution of deliverables as well as influencing the Region to drive specific financial outcomes.

What you will do: Serve as the FPandA consolidation leader responsible for supporting a total revenue of $345M Own the financial planning for all International Technology and lead Financial Operations for Equifax's International business Build and nurture strong relationships with Region SFOs and GMs to deliver financial information and insights in a concise, meaningful manner to foster effective decision-making Drive headcount plan execution including tracking and reporting on a monthly basis Analyze and drive forecast submissions that are aligned to execution targets Partner with region SFOs to develop and implement a standard analytics pack for financial and business reviews Be the point of contact for all matters related budget and planning for global regions Drive strategic initiatives across the regions Work across other Technology Alliances to promote the business unit initiatives Responsible for financial management, optimization and cost of ownership for Equifax's Cloud environment, including properly tracking, managing and reporting variable costs Ensure the alignment of Cloud capital expenditure with business goals and objectives by working directly with key partners and product owners Oversee preparation, reporting and analysis of financial information for the Technology Alliance, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly analyses of results. Prepare executive summaries and conduct financial reviews with business unit leadership that highlight key trends, variances, strengths and weaknesses within the business performance and contribute to timely management decision-making. Identify appropriate action plans which respond to opportunities and issues Lead business cases for capital expenditures process for International including driving standard structure and approach as well as track execution against the business case framework Anticipate business needs, and maintain a strong understanding of key business drivers and industry trends

What you bring: Ability to travel internationally up to 40% of the time You have at least 7 years of professional experience You thrive in an environment where you are able to influence outcomes without having direct reports. Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office products, with expertise in Google sheets / Excel and Slides / PowerPoint.

What could set you apart: FinOps technical background highly preferred Experience working with a global enterprise company Prior work supporting a technology function or business Experience with Oracle, Hyperion (HFM and Planning) and Tableau strongly preferred. Google Suite experience strongly preferred
