How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Small Claims Administrative Coordinator will support the International and Domestic Passenger Litigation Team within the Delta Air Lines Law Department, as well as provide minimal administrative support to other paralegals on an as needed basis. The Law Department provides centralized legal services and support for Delta Air Lines and its worldwide subsidiaries.
The position is based in Atlanta and will report to the Assistant General Counsel, Litigation.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Receive, review, and distribute incoming small claims litigation cases.
• Populate and maintain the small claims spreadsheet/database with appropriate information on all incoming and pending small claims litigation cases.
• Provide support to internal and external litigation teams by researching and collecting documents and information, and contacting internal or external parties for additional information, etc. as required to defend Delta in the litigation.
• Support team in determining and providing monthly and annual key metrics.
• Complete and process check requests for payments required for small claims cases.
• Provide additional administrative support to the Small Claims Team and other paralegals as needed.

Ability to collaborate with business partners inside and outside of law department.
Small Claims experience makes a candidate more competitive.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Legal experience within a corporate legal department or law firm is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of Delta internal systems and processes helpful but not required.
Bilinguallanguage capability a plus but not required.
