As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our business unit. Your financial insights and analysis will directly influence our strategic direction and profitability within the building automation industry. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, contributing to our long-term success through financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning specific to the Global Services business within Building Automation. You will report directly to our BAP leader within the Global Services organization business unit and you'll work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial health and strategic direction of our business unit, contributing to sustainable growth and ensuring that our financial operations align with our corporate goals. You will work with cutting-edge technology and be encouraged to think creatively to solve complex financial challenges within the building automation industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes within the Global Services business

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance specific Services organization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Global regions to align financial goals with strategic priorities

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards within the building automation standards

  • Optimize cash flow and working capital to support business objectives for the Global Services organization

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance roles within the building automation industry or related field

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

  • Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills
