We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in analyzing and optimizing data flows across multiple departments, with a focus on enhancing manageability to support the influx of company-owned stores. This position offers a hybrid work environment post-training and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

salary: $80 - $90 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Assess Current State of Data Flows:

• Evaluate and document the current data flow processes across various departments including Accounting, JDE, Mainframe, Accounts Receivables, PeopleSoft, and TAMS Multi-Store.

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Understand Desired State of Manageability:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the desired state of data manageability.

• Ensure that processes can support the increasing number of company-owned stores.

• Make Recommendations for Changes:

• Develop and propose actionable recommendations to enhance data flow efficiency and manageability.

• Work with IT and departmental teams to implement recommended changes.
