Creative Project Manager (Digital Design Campaigns) - Contract

We're seeking a talented and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a contract role. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing digital design campaigns to life, from initial concept to successful execution.

About the Role:

As a Creative Project Manager, you'll wear many hats. You'll be the bridge between our creative team and clients, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management:Partnering with clients to define project scope, goals, and timelines.

• Developing and managing project plans using industry-standard tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

• Tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

• Overseeing budgets and resource allocation.

• Creative Collaboration:Working closely with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

• Writing clear and concise creative briefs that translate client needs into actionable tasks.

• Facilitating brainstorming sessions and workshops.

• Providing constructive feedback and guidance throughout the creative process.

• Client Communication:Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and providing regular progress updates.

• Presenting design concepts and proposals in a clear and compelling manner.

• Addressing client concerns and revisions efficiently and professionally.

  Requirements

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably within a digital design agency or marketing department.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital design projects on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of the digital design workflow, from concept development to final execution.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• A keen eye for design and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.

• Familiarity with social media marketing and paid advertising strategies.

• A strong understanding of SEO best practices.
