About the Team:
This role involves developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to protect digital assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing user access to systems and data. This individual will collaborate with various teams, including IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units, to achieve these objectives. You will drive technical strategy, lead large-scale implementation projects, and mentor engineers across the organization. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment of key IAM automation technologies across UKG.
About the Role:
Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals and security requirements.
Policy and Procedure Development: Create and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Access Control Automation: Implement automated access control mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to safeguard critical systems and data.
User Lifecycle Management Automation: Select and build out end-to-end tooling to manage the user lifecycle process.
Identity Governance Automation: Establish identity governance practices to ensure that user access permissions are reviewed, validated, and audited regularly as part of our IGA program.
Security Awareness: Promote security awareness and best practices among employees and stakeholders, conducting training sessions as necessary.
Incident Response: Develop and maintain an IAM incident response plan to address security incidents and breaches promptly.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific standards.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
•8+ years’ experience working as an IAM, Security, or Software Engineer.
•4+ year's experience working with PAM and IGA technologies such as CyberARK, Sailpoint, or Saviynt.
•Extensive experience working with Active Directory users and groups.
•Experience programming with with a major scripting language such as Powershell or Python
•Experience working with REST API interfaces and technologies.
•Experience working in a major cloud environment (AWS, GCP or Azure)
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker is a plus.
• Experience working with Linux systems and general familiarity with terminal, scripting, ssh is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CIAM, CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent IAM vendor-specific certifications
• Hands-on experience with multiple IAM technologies, such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

The pay range for this position is $$142,100.00 - $204,200.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
