Description:
We are seeking a PMS Implementation & Support Specialist with hands-on experience in Property Management System (PMS) implementation, support, and hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing PMS rollouts, supporting hotel teams, and ensuring seamless system transitions. This role requires strong service management skills, a hospitality background, and the ability to lead discussions with hotels and internal stakeholders.

Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and support of Property Management Systems (PMS) across multiple hotel locations.
Provide high-touch, "White Glove" level support to hotel staff and General Managers (GMs).
Act as the primary escalation point for PMS-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate effectively with internal IHG project, development, and support teams.
Train hotel teams on PMS functionalities and support processes.
Identify trends and recurring issues across regions to improve support efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of system implementations, issues, and resolutions.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations and hospitality industry .
Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) – experience with Amadeus PM Pro or HotelKey PMS is a plus .
Proven expertise in Service Management, Escalation Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management .
Ability to engage in strategic discussions with hotel leadership and guide decision-making.
Understanding of ITIL processes and experience in support operations.
Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager (GM) or in IT support for hospitality .
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
