Inspire Brands Operations Performance & Innovation Intern in Atlanta, Georgia

This position is responsible for assisting the Operations Innovation team with a variety of projects that support the creating, testing, and rolling out of net new operations innovation to address identified business challenges, including piloting and implementation of technology efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Manager of Operations Innovation with implementation, testing, and business case validation for approved projects.

  • Participate in cross-functional working teams by attending in person meetings and conference calls to support collaboration on delivering key project tasks.

  • Assist withwork measurement studies, analyze throughput, and conduct cycle times to improve operational efficiencies

  • Assist with implementing operational processes for new systems, equipment, procedures

  • Assist with development of project update communications and participate in project recap presentations to executive stakeholders

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required Minimum: Enrolled in 4-year college degree, completed at least Junior year

  • Required Minimum: knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Preferred: relevant experience in restaurant or retailindustry

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task effectively

  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills

  • Creative problem-solving ability

  • Well-organized and a self-starter

  • Excellent attention to detail
