The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflows. May analyze or recommend commercially available software. Must be adept at quickly understanding what is required to develop compelling value for both Peraton and our client.Roles and Responsibilities may include:Provides Tier-3 support for the Finesse applicationProvides Tier-3 level support for custom gadgetsAddresses Finesse application configuration issuesDeploys and installs patches/fixes related to custom GadgetsDeploys and installs new gadgetsEscalates to Cisco Finesse solution out-of-the-box problemsConfigures Finesse version upgradesSubmits change control requests for deploying gadget fixes and changesBasic Qualifications:High school diploma and 2 years experiencein a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.Minimum of 2years of experience in a technical position working with Cisco UCCE software solutionsMinimum of 2years of experience working with the software development life cycle on information and communication technology projectsMinimum of 2years of experience Agile project management experienceMust be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance.Must be a US CitizenPreferred Qualifications:Must be a team player, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving, and organizational skillsAbility to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skillsMust be able to think strategically, act tactically and deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentMust be able to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, to include senior management and operations personnelWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
