We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Network Administrator to join our team in the Investment Management industry, located in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the IT environment, both onsite and remotely. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including handling end-user technical needs, maintaining active directory in a Windows Server environment, and managing Azure and/or AWS. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support all facets of the IT environment, both onsite and remotely

• Meet the technical needs of end users, ensuring a positive experience

• Maintain and support Active Directory in a Windows Server environment

• Manage Azure and/or AWS

• Provide support for robust backup systems

• Administer Windows 11, Windows Servers, and Linux Red hat

• Maintain standard operating procedures for system builds, application loads, and custom configurations

• Ensure compliance with all SSAE18 SOC1 & SOC2 regulatory requirements

• Procure hardware for IT Department: laptops, towers, servers, peripherals, and switches

• Manage vulnerability platform and firewalls

• Assist with Help Desk tickets when necessary

Skills:

• Proficient in Cisco Routers and Technologies

• Knowledgeable in EO/IR systems and Firewall Technologies

• Familiar with Microsoft and Active Directory

• Experience with Backup Technologies and Computer Hardware

• Skilled in Configuration Management and Design

• Rapid response capability

• Experience with Rapid7

Requirements • Proficiency in managing Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Capability to provide Rapid response in case of network issues

• Experience with Rapid7 network security solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE would be advantageous

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
