About the Position:

NCR Voyix is seeking a dynamic Media and Analyst Relations Manager to lead our proactive public relations and analyst relationships, aligning closely with the corporate communications strategy to amplify the company's brand, products, and industry leadership. This role is instrumental in fostering relationships with media, industry analysts, and influencers to communicate NCR Voyix innovations, market impact, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Executive Director of Corporate Communications to deliver PR strategies to promote all aspects of NCR Voyix.

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and analyst relations strategies that align with the NCR Voyix corporate goals, showcasing the company’s technological advancements and market leadership.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for media, PR agencies and analyst firms, managing these critical relationships to enhance brand visibility and industry positioning.

• Craft compelling narratives and strategic messaging for press releases, media briefings, analyst reports, and executive presentations.

• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Development, Marketing, and Sales—to gather insights and promote cohesive communication strategies both internally and externally.

• Assist with crisis communication efforts, preparing and guiding the executive team through high-visibility media interactions and reputation management.

• Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and analyst briefings, including agenda setting and spokesperson preparation.

• Oversee internal reports on media and analyst relations activities, evaluating impact and adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Champion the company’s presence at industry events, securing speaking slots, and maximizing PR opportunities.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR/Communications, with substantial experience in media relations and analyst relations, experience in a tech-focused organization is a plus, but not a must.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and analyst relations strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong relationship-building skills, with a broad network of media and analyst contacts in the tech industry.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with stellar organizational skills.

• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit, able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Management experience with a positive mindset.

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

• Passion for innovation, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends.
