Tesserae, our Rooftop lounge, presents a unique experience for guests to unwind with a cocktail in a trendy setting from 4pm until 12am. We are looking for individuals with great customer service and food and beverage experience to join our team.

As a Line Cook in Tesserae, you will be required to have general culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques. The right candidate is capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis, our cooks must monitor food production for quality and consistency, show care for the ingredients they are working with, and have a passion for making incredible food in an elevated kitchen setting.
