Job Description

An Insight Global client is looking for a Lead Engineer, Marketing Technologies to join their team to oversee their web analytics tool. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing Technology and sits in the CTO organization. The lead will be instrumental in building out this team and the marketing technology for the organization. Currently the team has 2 individuals and is expected to grow to 6 members. This position is crucial when bridging the gap between IT and the business. The Lead must be able to uncover and interpret the business needs and translate into technical specs while also being able to communicate and educate the business on the breadth of the tool capabilities to ensure complete utilization for the greater good of the marketing strategy. This resource will be responsible for transforming the web analytics architecture, managing integrations, and overseeing day to day maintenance.

$130,000 to $150,000 - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
