Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Jr. Paralegal, located in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is essential in our tax law firm, where you will be responsible for assisting attorneys and corresponding with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, financial analysis, and case management software.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with 150-200 cases, ensuring all legal procedures are correctly followed and documentation is properly filed.

• Conduct financial analysis by obtaining necessary documents from clients and analyzing financial data.

• Draft legal documents from templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain regular correspondence with clients via email and phone to update them on case progress.

• Manage the firm's calendar, scheduling deadlines to ensure timely execution of legal tasks.

• Utilize case management software to manage and track case progress.

• Contribute to the firm's growth by providing exceptional client service and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Requirements • Proficiency in Case Management Software

• Familiarity with Management System tools

• Strong Financial Analysis skills

• Experience in Calendaring and scheduling

• Ability to draft legal documents and correspondences

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field preferred

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
